This input wire connector is used on the end of LED (single colour) 5050 strip lighting to allow it to connect with a 12V power supply. The 5050 strip light must be 8mm wide to use this connector. Before this connector can be used, the rubber waterproof coating must be removed up to 5mm from the end of the LED strip. This connector clips onto the end of the light strip where the gold coloured terminals are.
